TERMS & CONDITIONS

By submitting an entry for this Campaign, I hereby confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the Terms & Conditions:

The Organizer

Pierre Fabre Singapore (“Organizer”) is the organizer of the Pierre Fabre 2025 “Avene Sure-Win Carnival” Campaign (“Campaign”).

Entry Requirements

The Campaign is open to all Singapore residents aged 18 years and above, except the directors, cashiers, employees, and immediate family members of the Organizer, including its affiliated and/or related companies, distributors, advertising and campaign agencies (each referred to herein as a “Participant”). Immediate family members refer to spouses, children, parents, parents-in-law, and siblings.

All entries must be accompanied with an original receipt showing a valid receipt number with the purchase of participating products from Eau Thermale Avène, Klorane, Rene Furterer, and A-Derma, with a minimum nett spend value of $60.00 from any of the participating outlets (refer to clause #8).

Participating products include any products from the brands listed above purchased at participating outlets.

Campaign Period

The Campaign will commence at 00:00 (Singapore time) on 1st September 2025 and conclude at 23:59 (Singapore time) on 30th September 2025 (“Period”). Entry submitted beyond the Period will not be accepted.

Entry Procedure

To participate in this Campaign, an eligible Participant shall, during the Period, do the following:

  • Scan the QR code found on Pierre Fabre in-store POSM and register on the official Campaign platform with full name, registered mobile number, email address, and date of birth.
  • Upload a photo of a valid receipt showing a minimum nett purchase of $60.00 worth of participating brands, dated within the Campaign Period, from any participating merchants. The receipt must clearly indicate:
    • Merchant’s Name
    • Merchant’s Address
    • Purchase date and time that is within the Campaign period
    • Total receipt amount
    • Participating products and their respective amount spent

Each receipt must individually meet the Campaign criteria. Multiple receipts cannot be combined to fulfill the $60 minimum nett purchase requirement. Each participant is only entitled to submit one receipt per day.

Photos uploaded must meet minimum visual quality standards. Entries with blurred, distorted, or illegible receipts will be disqualified. The Organizer’s decision is final.

Once the receipt is verified and approved by the Organizer, the Participant will receive one (1) chance to spin the digital wheel on the Campaign platform and will be awarded a sure-win prize accordingly.

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify, in its sole discretion, any participant or person tampering with the claim process, or any participant who does not meet the eligibility requirements or does not comply with these terms and conditions.

Prizes & Selection of Winners

All valid entries will win either:

  • Physical Prizes — to be collected at 20 designated collection points.
  • Voucher Prizes — will be delivered digitally to the registered email or mobile number.
 

Each valid receipt tied to one phone number will receive one (1) prize only.

The prizes will be randomly assigned upon verification of the valid entry.

In the event of unavailability of a particular prize, the Organizer may, at its sole discretion, substitute any prize with an item of similar value without prior notice.

 

Prizes are strictly not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or for any goods in-kind, for any reason whatsoever and howsoever arising.

 

  • The Organizer will not entertain any requests for prize exchanges or for changes of colour of any prize.
  • Where prizes contain a specified validity period during which they must be utilized, no requests for extensions of such validity period or replacements of the prizes will be entertained.
  • If any prize is not claimed by its winner by the end of the campaign period, the prize will be deemed forfeited, and the winner will have no further rights, claims, or demands against the Organizer.

Liability & Indemnity

The Organizer shall not be liable for any:

  • Misinterpretation of facts in respect of prizes offered.
  • Loss, damage, or non-receipt of prizes.
  • Defective, lost, damaged, or stolen prizes.
  • Technical issues arising from participation in the Campaign (e.g., system errors, lost internet connection).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, prizes are awarded “as is” without any warranty.

Personal Data

By participating, Participants consent to the Organizer and its partners collecting, using, disclosing, and processing their personal data for Campaign administration, prize fulfilment, and marketing purposes.

any time. Personal information will be handled according to the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.

General

The Organizer reserves the right to amend, add, or delete any of these terms and conditions without prior notice.

  • The Organizer’s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign will be at its sole and absolute discretion and shall be final and binding on all parties. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any campaign materials relating to the Campaign, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
  • By participating in the Campaign, each participant agrees that any information collected or held by the Organizer (whether contained in the application form or otherwise obtained) may be used by the Organizer and disclosed to the Organizer’s affiliated individuals/companies or any independent third parties for the purposes of arranging for provision of the prize to the winning participant.

Participation in the Campaign implies full acceptance of all the stated Terms & Conditions.

Transport 

Terms & Conditions: 

Valid for one-time use on a Transport ride in Singapore only. 

Valid on JustGrab, GrabCar, GrabCoach, GrabFamily, GrabPet and Standard Taxi only. Not applicable on 

GrabHitch, GrabFood, GrabMart and GrabExpress. 

Promo code cannot be applied on the Platform Fee.
