Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

The Campaign is open to all legal residents of Singapore aged 18 and above, except employees of Pierre Fabre Singapore, its affiliates, agencies, and immediate family members. 

The Campaign runs from 1 September 2025, 00:00 AM to 30 September 2025, 11:59 PM (Singapore Time).

To participate:

  • Purchase $60 worth of items from participating Pierre Fabre brands (Eau Thermale Avène, Klorane, Rene Furterer and A-Derma) in a single receipt.
  • Scan the QR code on in-store displays or online ads to access the Campaign platform.
  • Register your details and upload a clear photo of your receipt.
  • Once your receipt is approved, you will be eligible to spin the digital wheel to win a sure-win prize!

There are two types of prizes:

  • Physical prizes (to be collected at designated outlets)
  • Vouchers (to be sent electronically)

You may submit one receipt per day

Yes! Each valid receipt ($60 minimum purchase) gives you one spin on the digital wheel.
 Each receipt must be a separate purchase.

Your receipt must clearly show:

  • Store name and/or logo
  • Store address
  • Date and time of purchase (within 1 September – 30 September 2025)
  • Amount spent
  • Items purchased

Receipts that are blurred, altered, cropped, or missing key information will be disqualified.
 Please ensure you upload a clear and complete photo.

Once your receipt is approved, you will immediately spin the wheel and be informed of your prize on the Campaign platform.

If you do not collect or redeem your prize by 30 September 2025, the prize will be forfeited.

Your personal data will be used strictly for Campaign management, prize fulfilment, and promotional purposes, in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

Receipts may be uploaded at any time during the campaign period (1 – 30 September). However, the receipt must be dated within this same period.
